After your purchase, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions below:

Privacy:

Returns:

Due to all of the products being handmade, returns are not acceptable on made to order and personalised items. If there are any issue with the product please contact me at craftycardcorner@gmail.com 

Payment:

Payments are made at the time of ordering, however cash on collection is available for for anyone able to access NR28 (Norfolk). At checkout you will be asked to use PayPal, however you do not need an account with them. You can use your standard debit, credit, Mastercard, etc. 

Issues: 

If there are any issues with your order please contact me via my email address stated in the returns section. 

Postage Addresses:

Please ensure the correct address has been submitted at check out, if there happens to be something wrong when the order is placed, contact me as soon as possible (before 8am the next day) to make any changes to the address. There is no replacement no refund for products posted to the address given as it is for the customer to provide the correct shipping address.
